Returns Policy

At Beaches Sea-Doo & Can-Am we aim to provide you with 5 star quality as well as 5 star service. 

The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guarantees when they buy goods and services. Therefore if something is faulty we will provide an exchange, repair or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.

You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim and Beaches reserves the right to decline a refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 5-7 working days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

Please note change of mind returns/exchanges are not available.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Beaches reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
